The University of Sheffield Engineering International Scholarships 2010

We are pleased to offer Engineering International Scholarships to all international undergraduate students commencing their studies in the Faculty of Engineering in September 2010.

The scholarships are worth £2,000 per year each.

Study at Sheffield

Sheffield is one of the cheapest places in the UK to live and study. According to a survey of 26 university towns and cities (Natwest Student Living Index 2008), living costs for Sheffield students are the third lowest in the country.

Sheffield is one of the greenest cities in England with 150 woodlands and 50 public parks within the city. The greenery is throughout the city from the centre, where the Winter Gardens is Europe’s largest city centre temperate glasshouse, to the countryside, where the Peak District national park is only ten minutes away from the University.

Government statistics rate Sheffield as one of the safest UK cities.
