Usulan nama yang dicalonkan beserta kelengkapan berkasnya dapat dikirimkan melalui Manajer / Koordinator Kemahasiswaan Fakultas untuk diteruskan ke Direktorat Kemahasiswaan Gedung PPMT Kampus UI Depok paling lambat tanggal 12 Oktober 2010.
